Delivery Tools – Indoor Workload Tool Update - Auto-IWT

Further to LTB 232/15 dated 9th April 2015 agreement has now been reached with Royal Mail on the checklist (attached) to be used in the verification of the Delivery Office Auto-IWT Base Data.

Delivery Directors have been informed from the centre of the requirement to carry out this verification exercise and asked to cascade this to their DOMs for them to complete the verification exercise with their local CWU Delivery Representatives.

CWU Local Delivery Representatives should now approach their DOMs to arrange as part of their weekly resourcing meeting the completion of this verification exercise during May 2015. A copy of the completed checklist must be sent to the CWU Area Delivery Rep, who should then send a copy on to the CWU HQ Outdoor Department and their CWU Divisional Rep.

If any Representative encounters problems with their DOM in the undertaking of this verification exercise they should contact their Area Rep immediately. If the problem cannot be addressed then the CWU Area Delivery Representative should contact the CWU Divisional Rep who will in turn inform CWU Outdoor Department if the problem cannot be resolved.

Any Representative who feels they may need support or advice on checking their IWT Base Data should contact their CWU Area Delivery Rep or the appropriate CWU IWT Tutor (list attached)
