is it just at our office or is it the same everywhere that postwomen
use the tits & tears to get special treatment , and the line managers / dom's
fall for it everytime .

It all depends who you are, we have one in our office who just bursts onto tears whenever anybody annoys her (I really hate her) and is constantly sucking up to the managers and getting her own way all the effing time :evil/mad :evil/mad . Then there are the other women who get treated like crap just because they don't suck up to management (and of course because they stand up for themselves they don't just burst into tears whenever things don't go their way).
I'm preparing myself for the zombie invasion, rule number 1 - Cardio

yup evident in our office too.one in particular who is partially deaf and has it so easy.
gets to stream on busy days,get out early,has a very easy walk etc etc
did her walk once before i knew it was her walk and though i had f****d up when i finished os early!

YES TO SOME DEGREE.
I HAVE NOTICED THAT WOMEN, IM AFRAID, DON'T LIKE TO CAUSE A SCENE AND WILL WORK EXTRA FOR NOTHING ETC.
THEY DON'T TEND TO STAND UP FOR THEIR RIGHTS.
AND MANAGEMENT DON'T LIKE TO CONFRONT WOMEN THROUGH FEAR OF PC REPRISALS (SEXUAL HARRASSMENT ETC)---MOSTLY DIFFERENT FOR BLOKES THOUGH---
I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYBODY SAYS--WE ARE TREATED DIFFERENT!!!

We had one women at my old office.She would burst into tears at any given moment.
The managers would flap around trying to appease her, getting people to throw her walk
off while she dried her eyes.
All of a sudden there she was walking around in a shiney new suit,she had gone govenor
and became the bain of every posties life.
To me she epitimised everything that is rotten about RM. The louder you shout, the more you get.
Oh and i know it's not only women that get preferential treatment,this was just one of many examples
i could relate.
