Their pay deal,although i have not read all the nitty gritty stuff,and i do know that they are seperate from us as well.
And also i don't have much of a clue about their working environment,but bits i hear it's pretty shite.

Stage 1:What ever that is.

£45.70 a month on pensionable basic pay.
£9.75 inner and £5.75 outer a month on London Weighting.

But this caught me....

Parcelforce will fund personal membership of the Benenden healthcare society to all CWU represented grade employees.
I could do with that at the mo what with me cold me carpet burns and me dodgy ankle :neutral:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
