Greetings I am due to start work in November as a delivery and collection driver, on a fixed term 3 month contract, I am hoping I can stay on after this period and continue my career with parcel force , can anyone tell me what the chances are of being kept on? As I really need Job security for my family ..

Work hard and show willing , keep telling them you would like to stay on and with a bit of luck they will as most depots keep on a few xmas drivers each year (been with pfw 8 years now so seen it happen)
