Emergency services are currently dealing with a three-vehicle accident on the A932 near Forfar.
Police and fire crews were called to the crash involving a lorry and two cars shortly at around 7am today.
A Police Scotland spokesman said that there doesn’t appear to have been any serious injuries.
The road is currently closed and emergency services are still at the scene.
A spokesman for Police Scotland: “We received a call at 7am regarding a crash involving two vehicles and a Royal Mail lorry on the A932 just outside of Forfar.
“There doesn’t appear to be anyone seriously injured.
“The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were also in attendance.
“The road is still blocked and the vehicles are awaiting recovery.”
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service added: “We were called to a road traffic accident on the A932 just outside of Forfar at 7.06am.
“All persons had been released before our arrival.
“We are now working to make the vehicles safe.”
