Hi
I know there's already a thread on this, but I haven't found a proper answer.
I worked for 5 weeks consecutively but then one week I didn't get a shift .. The next I did. Does this mean I'm back to square one. For example I have to work my way back up to the 12 weeks??
Or does it just mean that after 12 weeks of general employment my pay will increase ?

As long as you don't have a break of 6 weeks or more you will get the pay rise after you have completed 12 weeks of paid work.
