Get shift offers by text and mobile phone calls from reed.co.uk whilst payslip is from Angard Staffing Solutions LTD. Numerous numbers to ring back including 0845..., 01604..., 02076...etc in response to a text in order to book oneself a shift (if lucky enough to get through without notching up a huge phone bill). Get the impression that reed.co.uk being a huge employment agency are "subcontracted" by Angard to make all their calls for them?
I read and get told often that "Angard is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Mail Group" etc. Is this pure bovine scat?
One wonders whether Angard are a phantom company maliciously and fraudently set up (off shore) to avoid paying HMRC corporation tax or are the latter casting a blind eye?
WHAT IS THE WHOLE TRUTH?
Is there a scam going on?
Has Angard ever published its business results? Its website seems amateurish and suspect.
What is the actual position with these organisations?
WHO OWNS WHOM?...and who is avoiding paying corporation tax?

Angard itself was once described as an outsourced part of Royal Mail. Now Angard itself is doing some "outsourcing"! Why can't Angard manage its own call centre for Royal Mail?
