Can anybody tell me the criteria, I was under the impression you had to be aged 55 but now being told anybody can apply and seniority applies,are there any agreements I can download

IIRC there is a special section for over 55s - something to with pensions, but they can't base it on over 55s only as that could be construed as discrimination.
