9% backdated pay increase

Has this come in effect for all staff?

No because there isn't one.

3% happened Jan/Feb

The next 3 % is due just over a week (and 2 weeks to it being paid)

The final 2.6% is not due till next year.


Unless you mean the SA back pay which is a combination of %rise and a change in administration.

Ah I now understand your confusion. The headlines put out where indeed along those lines. But the actual pay rise is 9.06% compounded over 3 years
3 % for last year, 3% for this year and 2.6% for 2015.

Ah I now understand your confusion. The headlines put out where indeed along those lines. But the actual pay rise is 9.06% compounded over 3 years
3 % for last year, 3% for this year and 2.6% for 2015.
Thought it was 2.8% in April 2015.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
