Hi everyone,
I posted an item yesterday using special delivery 1pm but it has not been delivered today for some reason, what could be the reason it has not been scanned at the next mail centre like it should of been?

what do the scans say from this site http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetailsif" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; you copy and past it may give us a clue. Without any output we'd all just be guessing.
