IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PAY AWARD AND BACKPAY
We have been advised by Royal Mail that due to the considerably extended payroll processing required to implement the backdated pay award, there may have been errors resulting in some under/over payments for some individuals. The complexity of the payroll processing may have also delayed some back pay on overtime payments.
The company has advised us that they are working hard to address these issues and are seeking to correct any errors next week.
Any enquiries on the above should be addressed to the DGS (P) Department.
