I had my interview recently and these were the EXACT questions that they asked in my interview a few weeks ago. I pre planned them in my head the night before I went for the interview. I made sure I emphasised things like team work, safety, passing things along to superiors if needed, basically all the usual stuff that will please an interviewer. I got the job the other day and start on Wednesday. Good luck!!!

Hi All,
I had an interview with Royal Mail last Friday for Postman with driving and I haven't heard anything back as of today, can anyone tell me how long does it takes to find out whether or not you have got the job, or is this a good or bad sign.

Thank you

Thanks for the response guys. I really do appreciate it. I have logged-in but my status said pending test, so it hasn't changed. I guess I still have another week to wait before I know my faith. This suspense is driving me crazy. Oh well, I hope it is worth the wait.

I'll be amazed if you get any response beyond this one. Most members are posties who deliver mail. This sort of stuff is way above our paygrade so I doubt anyone has attended an interview for it.

To other members, yes its a real RM job http://www.royalmailgroup.com/opportunities" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
