At Greenford MC do they allow Angard workers to park in the car park? If not, where is the best place to park.

Then you are allowed the same rights as a RM permanent to the car parking - this is one aspect specifically mentioned in the government documentation about AWR. Search the forum for links to the government website, bis.gov.uk I think, which I posted over 2 years ago.

It's same rights to almost everything. Think about the only things not equal is bonus payments, pensions and having clothes (uniform) provided but check the document on the BIS website.
