I'm not naming names but there is one name in the rm group on there that sends shivers down my spine if at all involved on deliveries side. Have had dealings with them before and they are unapproachable, ignorant to what happens nowadays on deliveries and mixed in with their rudeness, arrogance, and total contempt of delivery staff we are f****d.
