Post by glasgowDel »

Can anyone tell me when the Angard pay week runs for example is it mon - Friday etc?

I've worked nightshift from sunday to Saturday morning and I am due to be paid my first wage next Friday

Angard Working Week

If you are still within your first 12 weeks of work your pay week runs from
a Friday Night Shift to the following Friday Day Shift.

If you have worked more than 12 weeks and you are AWR qualified, your week
runs from a Saturday Dawn Shift to a Friday Night Shift

They seem to change it as they seem fit, sometimes friday night shifts get paid the following week, sometimes they get paid the week after

When I was with Angard the week could be varied according to the unit/office you were working at.
The deadline for payroll was Monday afternoon for wages to be paid 3/4 days later.
Manager could phone/email Angard's payroll team with variances to Friday/Saturday AM's submission.

The contract states the pay week is Saturday to Friday. The cut-off for the Friday pay to be included is 10pm on Friday - meaning if you work beyond 10pm that shifts pay should go into the week after pay packet (i.e. it would be paid effectively 2 Fridays later).

As far as I am aware there is no difference to this whether you are AWR qualified or not.
