Christmas 2013 night shift Manchester MDEC

I have been given 26 November as induction date for Stockport MDEC and I was told on the phone by Angard that I have been given my first choice shift pattern that I selected at the recruitment day. Please will someone remind me what the different night shift options were as I don't think I wrote it down properly. I've tried google search but can't find them anywhere.
