last week I got a business post delivery ,,,guy was foreign not a word of English ..problem was his Sat Nav was f...d...and he didn't have a clue where he was ...and couldn't ask how to get anywhere ...and thats our competition , difference is I know everyone on my delivery ...problem is RM can't see that benefit .
