Get out now or wait and see what happens?

The ways things are going for us posties is not good.. Do we start looking for another job now or wait and see if any good comes?? A lot of jobs i see advertised say about being flexible hours but you still get paid for them.

Madelin4 we are closer to winning than you think. Media time about the strike is gaining. Public knowledge of why we are on strike is gaining. Pressure from Brown is intensifying.
Leighto & crozier are starting to back track on what they had been saying earlier.

RM are screwed by all these changes, it hurts them more than it hurts us. That may be hard to believe when you think of all the changes and the fact we dont want them. But all these changes are going to hit on productivity and will mean a rise in costs for RM as they have to pay extra to get work done on overtime which used to get done for our basic wage.
