Shaylor has been appointed to the Post Office's Crown Transformation Programme.
The family-run building contractor, which was founded in 1969, was selected for the Post Office's three UK mainland frameworks.
These frameworks cover fit-outs for the Crown Office network across the UK.
Stephen Shaylor, chief executive officer at Shaylor, said: "This is a fantastic win for the company, building upon our existing strong reputation and performance in the retail sector.
"We have established a dedicated delivery team within the business which will utilise each of our regional offices, and we look forward to successful delivery of the programme."
Shaylor is headquartered at Aldridge in the West Midlands with satellite offices in Birmingham, London and South Brent in Devon.
