Our HR team confirm that they have not been made aware of any issues relating to candidates not receiving the email attachments.
In the circumstances they have asked if you could confirm the following information:
1. Type of vacancy applied for & Reference numbers?
2. Candidates name/s?
3. The attachment they were trying to download?
4. Also it would be helpful to know the device they were downloading from as some candidates do experience issues with certain types of smartphone.

As happened in previous years, the emails inviting me to book/confirm my registration for Christmas Casual made it to my Royal Mail account inbox, but not my ISP email inbox, so I had no link to download the bank details/health check form, etc. I just downloaded them from the link in the thread from last year relating to missing email attachments and used those.
