that if your mail is 11 days late you are entitled to RM compensation ....and as i've learned today as with rival mail delivered by posties over the last mile ,they to can claim compensation for lost business.....its going to cost millions .....strange as strikes are not an act of god because they can be prevented ...Misses is a lawyer ...pays ...to know

If you send something recorded delivery as a member of the public and it never arrives they try every trick in the book to wriggle out of paying compensation, happened twice now to me.
