Payslips
Has anyone that has worked had any payslips sent automatically in the last few weeks. Any that I have received I have had to request them and they are printed on A4 sheets by the Northampton call centre.
Any theory at to why they are not automated at the moment. Northampton claim a change to the software and an integration issue between Reed and the supplier. Between 4 to 6 weeks since I received an automated payslip - so not sure about the excuse.

i don't get them posted anymore, but i have had them online every week (even when i haven't worked)

But you had the option to opt out of the online system - which I have. When ringing to get them they have not said they are only online - just "they have an issue with the software".Justanotherstar wrote:They are all online now...have been for about 3 months...

I was getting mine through the post but haven't received any in the last couple of weeks, like you I received an A4 sheet of paper with my hours etc printed on it when I emailed about it.
