suspended without pay

Post by spitcast »

i work for RMCS via angard, and have been an RMCS advisor for quite a while but have only transferred to angard in the last few months, i was pulled up over performance issues AHT/ACW (the time it takes to deal with a call and type it up) no biggie, given a month to improve (and i did improve) i wasn't that bad to begin with but was suspended without pay because angard claim no improvement was seen. all this seems a little excessive, and because angard have not sacked me i am without any money unable to claim benefit / job seekers allowance, etc. while i am watching my small children starve because i have no income. i have been unable to get through to ACAS / CAB. i have emailed angard but they have not replied. i have never worked for such a bunch of Bxxxxxxx before, it sure looks like the whole thing is deliberately contrived to strangle me out because they have no REAL reason to sack me. what the hell can i do? has anyone else been treated like this by RM / ANGARD?

It really sucks as to how you are treated, you have my sympathy, we are just a number not a human being.

Read what happened to Angard staff last Christmas and you get the idea of the sort of people you are working for.

As far as I know you can sign on and claim if you are working less than 16 hours a week. Id cetainly try to sign on.

If you have a contract with Angard and there is no official/legal fixed hours, or minimum hours to be suspended from (whatever the informal arrangements) I dont see why you shouldn't get it. In effect you are just an Agency "temp".
