TNT Post members at depots agree a new pay deal

For the first time ever staff at the TNT Post distribution depots have had the opportunity to vote on their new pay deal, as a result of negotiations conducted on their behalf by Community.

The package represents a 2.6% pay increase from 1 January 2013 and was accepted by over 78% of the 900 or so workers at the depots, in the first ever democratic ballot of its kind to take place since Community secured a sole recognition agreement with the company at the end of 2011.
