I'm in customer service in Royal Mail and am glad I've found this site which will hopefully be a conterbalance to the propaganda pumped out in the Courier and all the company blurn - cheers.

Imagemailjock - I think you are the first complaint jockey we have had on here.

You also have my sympathy I did customer care for 7 years at a Mail Order company and it did my head in big time. You can only take so much abuse every day but Managers and Bosses don't see this and think its easy.

Get on the phone for a few hours you muppets and you'll see how bad it can get.
