It just depends what shifts the managers want to cover over the xmas period. i have worked twice and had the same manager. once on a night shift and the other on a day shift.Kaactus wrote:Anyone worked consecutive years know about this? e.g. you worked under the same manager for night shift in the past two years? or you saw same coaches at one of the three MDEC centres?
