Hi everyone,
I'm not actually a royal mail employee, thought I should get that out of the way first :wink:
I've got a problem in that my Special Delivery Parcel's tracking has not been updated. It was posted on the 20th. I've tried calling royal mail but they are closed until Monday. I purchased the item from Gumtree, and the seller gave me the tracking number but I haven't been able to get in touch with him for today. This may be due to work commitments etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated( Tracking number is ZV314485735GB).

2 Things - That number (ZV314485735GB) isn't working on Royal Mail Track Details form it keeps coming back as saying there is a problem with it.

The other worry is that Gumtree is not site that does deliveries - you are meant to meet them - you may be the victim of a scam, especially worrying that the track number doesn't work.
