Got s**t loads of them building up at our place and i dont think management have fully grasped the situation.
Fair enough its a customer error not sticking the postcode on but alot of people wont be getting there xmas cards untill well in to the new year

They should be surcharged £1.50. 50p for second class postage + £1 handling fee.

some are impossible to find i know other's a lot easier to get with address finder on computer. the rest get sent to nrc.

And more up to date. Last time I used the local copy of PAF it hadn't been updated since about 2008. You'd think that RM would have a version of it installed on all RM computers which would self-update

It costs RM about £50 for every computer with it on, if it has not been updated since 2008 then someone is changing the date on the pc.

A PAF licence is £75 a year but RM would be paying themselves so whats the problem? Its like RM billing itself for sending letters.

Which they do don't they? Different departments have different PPI accounts
