We had a situation at Stevenage DO this morning where the screws pushed out tons of strike mail ahead of next week and we didn't have a hope of clearing.

The screws made it perfectly clear that no overtime was to be paid to clear the work.

The reaction was 15 to 20 people told them they were cutting off and bringing the work back.

Management frantically back pedalled after orders from the top and tried to phone around to get guys to complete offering to pay them after they had already left the office.

Let them try and bully us all they like but we will show them you can never defeat a united office.
