are there any angard staff that have been promissed work that never materialised? .cos ive had about 1 weeks work in total in the last 8.5 weeks .plus when you do work they have never got the hours right or replied to emails that have been sent reguarding the shortfalls or why like they did last year fail to use a p45 that was sent to them.according to angard new systems are in place to prevent the same mess they made last year, well angard they aint working.
last year action was taken by acas and angard waited till about 2 weeks before the court date before they answered emails that where sent up to 6 weeks before. with the new rules that are in and there total shambles they call a payroll i think it will be another trip to acas this year. if anyone else is having the same problems or is considering going to acas drop me a message if they cant do the job get someone that can, cos im fed up with phoning northampton on 0845 numbers just to be told they have to send an email as they have no direct accsess to payroll
