Pay slip

I have just received a pay slip from royal mail.[thursday] Pay number Tax period etc etc Gross pay £0-00 net pay £0-00. The thing is i don,t start till next tuesday 4th dec.

Don't worry about it with 18,000 extra staff employed over Christmas they have probably pre-in-putted all your details ready for when you start. The computer has then kicked out a £0 pay chit for you on pay day.

I started on Monday this week & I got a zero pay slip too.

So you are not due to be paid until next week. Sounds like a test run but they forgot to remove them from posting.

Does anyone know where we pick payslips up from? Do they hand them out in work or are they sent to us?
