My names Chris and have my induction in Edinburgh tomorrow. Left a great paying job in a call centre to join Royal Mail. Worked in the courier industry for 10 years previous so hopefully I'll hit the ground running. Really looking forward to getting stuck in. Just thought I'd introduce myself to the forum members.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
