I think you have answered your own questions correctly.

Angard is part of Royal Mail Group - so if you worked for Angard or Royal Mail at anytime answer is Yes.

If you worked as a Christmas casual previously that is what I would put.

I did Christmas temping in 2009 and 2010, applied last year but the application was messed up, ended up working at Parcelforce but through another agency (not Angard). So this year under 'have you worked for RM before' I mentioned 2009 and 10 but did not declare last year.
