THE entrance to a proposed redevelopment of Moreton-in-Marsh post office could be unsafe, a town councillor fears.
Ali Coggins voiced concerns to a scheme to convert the 1993 New Road branch and sorting office into nine flats and offices.
She said Royal Mail vans coming out of the base had a full view of approaching traffic as there were chicken wire fences either side.
But developers Moreton Station Marsh Ltd plan to block this up.
"It will be dark and narrow – what provisions will be made for safety for pedestrians?" she asked.
The developer said the entrance would be set further back. The town council did not object to the plan but made an observation on the access and insufficient parking.
