Contracts

Post by casualnowwithangard »

Phone call with angard this week enquiring about my contract and holiday pay but their responses baffle me
Responses include: no such thing as 38 week contract, can't tell you when your contract expires, you have to ring us to renew, holiday pay won't be paid unless you leave or book time off. To my knowledge all holiday pay should be paid at contract end (mine ended june) regardless if its renewed or not, also if they are telling me my contract was for longer than 38 weeks why can't they tell me when it does end as without this information how am i meant to know when to renew it, which in its self is silly - surely they should contact me and other the renewal :confused

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
