Yep,we also get a lot of complaints about them from Portugal for some reason.

Out of our £211m profit they gave us £128m!
GLS increased revenues by 5% to £1.6 billion and profits were up 8% to £128 million.
The group's European parcels business GLS and the Post Office business accounted for 89% of the profits after modernisation costs.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

In Portugal they keep customers packages in their warehouse week after week after week and we phoned endless times to understand what is going on, and the answer is different lies on every phone call we make. That is the reason for so many complains from Portugal about General Logistics Systems.
