A six year long campaign by the union finally paid off on December the 24th, 2011, when the official implementation of the new Agency Regulations resulted in hundreds of thousands of agency workers across the UK.
The union will now seek to ensure that the new rights to equal treatment are applied, as well as campaign on behalf of CWU members recently employed by Manpower on the controversial 'Pay Between Assignment' contracts, that are currently excluded from the terms of the new legislation...
