two identities!
I have just realised that Angard gave me two identities!! I have two employee numbers and have received 2 P45s! One identity was paid the voucher of £350 and one other random wage of £0.01p, the other has been paid weekly wages but hours have been miscalculated and regular underpayment occurred. In terms of actual work done and wages received, between the 2 identities it's probably about right. I previously got letters saying I owed them money - first one said £450 odd pound, the second £300ish - no calculation as to where figures had been arrived at and I just ignored them. I have now received holiday pay for both identities (albeit one was only £0.01!!) and both p45s. does the issue of the P45s mean they have closed their file on me or should I still be worried they may try and pursue me for monies they claim I owe them??

Re: two identities!
Could it be one ID is Christmas Casual and one Year round Casual? I did one shift a couple of weeks ago and was given a different payroll number from the Christmas one

Re: two identities!
I only did the three weeks leading up to Christmas though! After the first week I got no pay and they requested my bank details again (even though these had been given at the interview stage) and it was at that point I was given the 'voucher' for £350. Thereafter my pay went into my account and the up front money seemed to have been accounted for - or so I thought until the letters asking for return of money (2 different amounts as stated in my previous post). As I say, it's all worked out around even over all so long as they don't keep asking for money back, my question is how likely is it that they will continue to pursue me after issue of P45 (or two of them as is the case!!)

Re: two identities!
I suspect if they believe you owe them money they will persue you for it.
