Can we all sing from the same song sheet?

Post by the old girl »

Why is it that the over 50's car insurance leaflet we hand out states maximum we cover is 89, the website states the same, however I successfully purchased said insurance on our website for a 91 year old! When I tried to tell customer services, I was informed the maximum age is in fact 99. Just to confuse matters more the website will allow up to the age of about 94. So when I'm offering the service of an in branch quote and the customer tells me their age, it's anyones guess as to whether we cover them or not I suppose.

Annual driving tests after the age of 70, that'd solve the problem and make the roads safer. :Very Happy

Absolutely, and 21 replacing 17 as the minimum age for driving. :nana
