A follow up to one of my earlier posts. Having emailed Jane Ogden again & being told that things would be sorted out.....
Anyway £181 has been paid into my account. Now I was owed for my second week @RM, + some hours worked after 10pm but paid at the wrong rate + one day that had not been paid in my last week. Of course I don't have a pay slip.....So this is not enough, but an educated guess is that it's the 2nd week + the difference on the few hours on the higher rate, but not the one day in the last week. I am on BR tax. Anyway when I get a payslip, I can work it out & will contact the person who emailed me after I emailed Jane Ogden @JustSayIt.

My outstanding £300+ has finally been paid. now to start the battle to get my holiday pay and p45. it took me sending countless emails to justsayit too and i started a tribunal.
