Re: putting a walk up
I've been on my walk for 2 1/2 years now and when I was put on it it was never advertised, I've never signed for it and therefore would seem to be vacant. I'm classed as a reserve and have been told it's not my duty and could go from it anyday!

If it's a proper advertised and signed for duty then no...that's bollocks.spoodoo wrote:as we got told if you sign for one of the vacant ft duties you can be moved about regardless,,,,now does that apply to all the rest of the ft duty holders ?
If you're just holding it on a temporary basis until a resign then yes you're still technically a reserve.

Could this be used under BT2010 and the re-pick scenario, if after 6mnths the re-pick is not activated, can you have another re-pick???..zx135 wrote:way forward agreement, 6 months or when it takes number of vacant duties above 5%
