According to Dimension;

All worn uniform including pouches requiring disposal should be packaged in a mailbag, with
a direct label reading ‘do not open in transit’ (P3475C). Uniform will be 100% recycled

Send the mailbag to the following address:
Dimensions
Unit E, Acton Close,
Acton Industrial Estate,
Long Eaton,
Nottingham NG10 1FZ

...but does anybody do this, where do you get these mailbags from? Do you do this with your old footwear aswell?

They're these big gray/red/white/green sacks bags that are used for transporting mail, found in pretty much every RM site in existence ... :d'oh!
