A frustrated ex-restauraur is set to lodge his second complaint over missing post.

Grandfather Tim Cheung of Blackwater Way, Bocking, claims that on two occasions he has sent mail containing important solicitor’s documents, only for the envelopes to arrive opened and their contents lost.

Nick Martens of Royal Mail would not comment specifically on this case.

He said: “If any customer has questions about Royal Mail services they should contact our Customer Services Team on 08457 740 740 or via the Royal Mail website, http://www.royalmail.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; so we can investigate fully."

Maybe the documents were in a flimsy or cheap A4 envelope. People seem to think if the item fits into the envelope then it will be strong enough and not split open.
