THREE men have been arrested after an attempted robbery at a Brighton post office yesterday.
The suspects were arrested in connection with two street robberies in the early hours of Thursday morning.
They are now being questioned about yesterday’s raid at the post office in Widdicombe Way, Brighton.
The men, two aged 18 and one 27, were arrested after incidents in Newmarket Road and Hollingdean Road where a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were both robbed within half-an-hour of each other.
Police responded and made the arrests a short while later.
All three are currently in custody at Brighton.
