just to let you know my experience with angard.
Went for inerview in october was told it would be 45 mins to an hour long i was there 3 and a half hours , interviewer told me job was mine and just to turn up on date on form she gave me which was monday 28th november so turned up on time, line manager said no one knew anything about us yet until the wednesday and that we should of all been starting on the thursday 1st december and also there should of been 12 of us and they had send ppl from other places who should of started on the following monday here also so there was 31 of us but they let us stay that night as by the time they had tried to sort anything out it was to late for ppl to get home.
He read out the names of the 12 ppl he had who should of been there and i was one of them so he took everyones name and phone number and said someone will get in touch with us the next day to tell us were and when to go next , i got call to say i was ok and to go in that night so i thought with my name being on list i was correct and in the right place , got a call next day on the wednesday saying i hadnt passed the vetting process and not to go in anymore ofc havent been paid yet for the days i did work but its so annoying that my name was on the list and yet it took them 5 weeks or more to decide i didnt pass vetting what a shambles and tbh i think royal mail would agree if they were honest.
