RM knew of the "problems" in Nov, what have they done about it till now?

This is not system crash issue, it's more a case of gross corporate incompetence.

Erings having worked for RM (not thru agency) it's more likely to be gross incompetency on both parts of the company, RM and Angard. They are a company that seriously stick it's head in the sand and pray that problems go away. Although have never seen the cock up that u poor guys have had this year.
