RM in Northampton is a MESS!
have been working for 3 weeks now at south Midlands mail centre in Northampron, and what I saw there really shocked me, the way those the so called managers and supervisors is a reaaly a BIG MESS.I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them the way they are working, MOST of the managers (or supervisors) who are working there for the contracts know NOTHING at their job. I cannot understand how RM have employed these people.

Can understand what you mean. Our line manager is a fine woman but can't sort for toffee, as she readily admits. Her usual job is to do with the heavyduty machinery, but they put her with us cos she's got a big gob & can organise. Plenty of ties/posh frocks swanning about doing not a great deal. Probably one of them who chose this month to replace, undercoat & gloss every set of swing doors in the depot.
