i got turned away from my first shift!

i was supposed to start my first shift at mount pleasant yesterday but got turned away because apparently my name was not on the list! i am aware that this has happened to many other people and i find it disgusting and unprofessional, i tried phoning angard and couldn't get through to them not to mention it some how cost me £26 on my mobile phone bill after phoning them! now i am left without a job this christmas, has this happened to anyone else here on royal mail chat that was given work at mount pleasant? i would like to have this job but angard just seems to be ignoring my emails!

i worked 4 nights and on the fith night i got turned away because i havnt been security checked or ever registered with angard even though i recieved a provisional letter, if im not even registered then how the hell im getting paid? i try to contact them but they never answer :/

same as me then
