I mean,look how easy it is to use the likes of TNT and others,and the savings they can give.
And with us now losing some profits from DSA.
Is that it,are we finished?

TNT salesmen must have the easiest job in the world,it's seems it's just a case of a quick meeting,figures are given and then that's it,Van Der Valk's your uncle.
And if i know this and you know this.............

There's only so many savings we can make,as there's only so many we want to or can give them,unless we double our walks.
But then will that be enough?

problem is we are not topling from our perch we are been pushed from all sides especially the right royal bastar?ness tony who seems determined to make us loose on a uneven playing field, bet the rest of europe does not throw its post offices away as easily as tony is doing ours
here is a thought we dont like what the govt is doing there are 190,000 posties 250,000 cwu members all with wives hubbies,kids,parents friends etc if we all got together and voted at every chance against labour in every local election etc maybe someone might start to listen
sounds a bit miltant but i was a life long labour voter but i think if we are to survive we need to get the watchdog to give us a fighting chance and that means the govt has to decide what it wants and actually for once come out and say it

We are being preped for partial privatisation at the next general election, 49% of RM will be sold off with the goverment keeping a 51% majority, that way they can save face and say they have not let us down. Ironic isnt it for years we fought the conservatives to stop privatisation and labour are doing it through the back door, and we gave them a million pounds a year in subs to do it. Thats why the goverment has opened up the postal market unfairly, to grind us into submission, if you open up the market then why not make companies play by the same rules, i.e if you want have end to end deliveries then you have to deliver to everyhome, not just cherry pick the most profitable bits like towns and citys. Id like to string f***img Blair up by his b****cks.
