Pay Difference??
Started as a Xmas Casual Worker on the 25th November, Was paid Friday 9th December for working 5 night shifts, got to work the friday night to find that we all had been paid different, some had been paid £188 and some had been paid £202 for 5 days work, we all have done the same number of hours...... So what's going on here, can anyone explain please?

Everyone who I work with is above Age 21+, so I can not understand why some have been paid more than others......

Does it not say the hr's you've worked on the pay slips,compare them i guess if it does.
